Every Insurer works a little different. When you call us first we will explain the process your insurer uses and help you with any paper work. Over the years we have complied numbers that go straight through to the person handling the auto glass claims. This saves a lot of hold time. We do a three way call with you and the insurer. We get approval before starting any work. We can bill any insurer and have never charged a customer for a covered windshield  repair or replacment.
